How long will it take you to get my order ready to ship?

Typically, your package is prepared within 5-7 days, although this might take a bit longer during peak periods like Christmas or Black Friday. But sometimes we miscalculate our stock or it appears that the very last item that you ordered has flaws – then we contact you and offer a refund or ask you to wait until we can restock the missing item.

How long does it take for backordered products to arrive, and when will my order be shipped?

Normally, products that are available for backorder arrive at our Fuki warehouse within approximately 14 days. Once the backordered items arrive, we will promptly proceed with shipping your entire order, including the backordered product, to you. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.

How are presale products processed and shipped?

All products with a presale status will be processed according to the information provided on the product card in our web shop. Once these presale items arrive at our Fuki warehouse as indicated, we will proceed with shipping them along with all other products in the order. This means that the shipment of the entire order is on hold until the presale products have arrived and the order is complete. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.

What is shipping cost to my country?

The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the package and the country of shipment. It’s automatically generated during the checkout.

Do I need to pay clearance & service fees?

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import tax.
We are not liable for customs clearance & service fees as determined by the mail carrier or the destination country’s customs officials, and those fees are not a basis for a refund, as they aren’t something we’re able to control or reliably predict. By making an order the buyer acknowledges the possibility of additional fees upon import and agrees that those fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.

How long does it take the package to arrive?

We are located in Poland (Europe) and we ship all parcels by Poczta Polska (Polish Post Office). Usually it takes a few weeks for international shipping so don’t panic if your order will not arrive by the end of the week. Especially for bigger parcels it takes longer, sometimes packages get stuck at customs. Unfortunately there’s not much we can do about that and let’s be honest – Polish Post is not the greatest, so please be patient and contact us if your package will not arrive within estimated time.

-Canada : 4-7 weeks

-Mexico and South America : 4-5 weeks

-Asia : 3-4 weeks

Will I get tracking number?

All packages have tracking numbers that we email you once we will ship the parcels. It works fine for domestic shipping but it’s not always working for worldwide shipping.

Unfortunately as for USA and Canada the tracking does not work – once the package arrives in these countries the tracking is no longer updated – the package gets a new tracking number from the local post office but they don’t notify the sender (nor recipient) about it. So there’s no way to check where the package is and when it will arrive. Trust me – it frustrates us too. Please contact us when the parcel will not arrive within 7 weeks.

Is my parcel safe from transit damage?

We pack our goods in stiff cardboard envelopes to prevent them from damage in transit. For A3+ artprints we use cardboard tubes. Sometimes there’s a need to split the order for 2 parcels (for example: if you ordered A3+ artprint and an artbook we can’t pack them into one tube because the artbook will get deformed so it has to be send in a separate envelope as a second parcel).

We try our best to pack our goods so they won’t get damaged on the way but we can’t take the responsibility for nasty delivery workers.

What can I do when there's something wrong with my package?

Please contact us through the contact form if there’s a problem with your order, like a missing/wrong item and we’ll try to solve the issue. Please provide your order number, name and email address used for the check out.

As for returns – after contacting us, they will have to be sent back at your own cost.

What is your policy on returns and exchanges?

As a small business, we create unique runs of clothing tailored specifically for each client. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not process returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or issue with the item you received. To make sure you get the perfect fit, please check all the size details before your purchase.
