1. Return

In accordance with the Law on Consumer Rights of 2014 the buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the good without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@fuki-stuff.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@fuki-stuff.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product, first send us an email at support@fuki-stuff.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless trackable postage is used.

Without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day he receive back from the Customer any goods supplied. The Seller will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as the Customer used for the initial transaction, unless he have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the Customer will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

2. PRIVACY STATEMENT

SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 – SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on WordPress.com. We operate a proprietary e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through fuki-stuff.com data storage, databases and the general Fuki-Stuff application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Fuki-Stuff stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. The first two cookies contain information about the cart as a whole and helps WooCommerce know when the cart data changes. The final cookie (wp_woocommerce_session_) contains a unique code for each customer so that it knows where to find the cart data in the database for each customer. SECTION 20 – SHIPMENT

Shipping costs are always calculated and shown when you place your order. Remember, the time of your delivery depends on your location (place of residence). Sometimes it takes 2 – 6 weeks.

Sometimes it happens that shipment number doesn’t work, in this case your package can be somewhere between Poland and territory of your country, so outside of your Post office region.

There you can find out if your package has already left Poland.

*Polish post office is not responsible for the improper functioning of the foreign establishments, for example, the inability to trace the packages outside of Polish territory.

**Information for customers from United States: The U. S. Mail has decided not to track the foreign shipment from some countries, including Poland.

SECTION 23 – PRIVACY POLICE

2. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of marketing and sales of Judyta Anna Murawska products and services. The legal basis for data processing is your permission.

3. Your data will be transferred to other data recipients, such as services providing IT and hosting system maintenance services, the provider e-mail services, vendors or advertisers.

4. Personal data will be processed until you withdraw your permission.

5. Access to personal data will be available only to authorized employees and contractors.

6. You have access to your personal data and you can modify them at all times by notifying the administrator.

In addition, you have the right to remove or limit processing, to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data.

8. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary in order to provide the fuki-stuff.com service.

9. Your data will be transferred to third countries, e.g. the USA. The service provider is on the list of countries that have joined the Privacy Shield agreement, which is in line with the GDPR.

10. Your data will be processed in an automated way, including in the form of profiling.

11. You have the right to submit a complaint to the President of the Protection of Personal Data Office.
